I worked as an Executive – Cargo Operations at IndiGo Airlines at Cochin International Airport for three years. During this time, I was responsible for handling cargo documentation, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with safety and airline regulations, and maintaining smooth operational workflows. The role strengthened my skills in time management, teamwork, problem-solving, and working efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
